The first-place Fresno State women's basketball team picked up a game on Utah State today and never took the court.

Louisiana Tech scored 11 of the final 13 points and beat Utah State 82-76, avenging a 79-62 loss to the Aggies in Ruston, La.

Fresno State is 7-0 entering Saturday's game at Nevada, Utah State fell to 6-2 and Louisiana Tech is 5-3. The Techsters, all of a sudden, are playing like the team that was picked to win it all by the coaches. Fresno State escaped Ruston with a 2-point win Saturday, then La. Tech goes on the road and upsets Utah State.

It's going to make for an interesting WAC tournament in March at the Orleans in Las Vegas.
