MLB's commish has some explaining to do after the St. Louis Cardinals named controversial ball masher Mark McGwire as its hitting coach.

McGwire has never confessed or apologized for his link to performance-enhancing drugs. In fact, he's refused to talk about, hiding from the media, avoiding interviews, refusing to face critics head on.

Sounds a lot like how Pete Rose reacted when confronted about betting on the game. And Rose is still outside baseball looking in. Hey, Bud, why is McGwire getting special treatment?
