Fresno State coach Pat Hill said Wednesday that he is not on "any list" to become the head coach of another football program.
Hill's name has popped up in the rumor mill as being a possible repalcement for Gene Chizik at Iowa State. Chizik recently took the head spot at Auburn.
Asked if he was interested in the Iowa State job on Wednesday, Hill said with a smirk: "No, no. I'm not on any list. Let's talk about the bowl game. I don't even know what you're talking about."
After he withdrew his name from the running for the Washington job, Hill said he would lead Fresno State in the 2009 season unless he was bought out. He has two years remaining on his contract.
We'll throw our resources at this rumor today and keep you updated.

It wouldn't be a stretch to believe that Hill would be on some other school's list for a coaching vacancy. It seems that once its known that you're available, look out. I would not expect Him to admit it, seeing that he's in the midst of recruiting. But He did give himself an out with the key phrase...."unless I'm bought out."
