A couple and their dog walk across the Stanislaus overpass as the leftovers from the morning fog burns off and partially obscures the Trade Center building in downtown Fresno. Air quality for Fresno showed moderate to unhealthy levels of particulate matter. Weather forecast predicts no change in the weather for the next five days.
