The In-N-Out Burger restaurant at Ashlan and Blackstone avenues is closed Monday due to water issues, according to spokesman Carl Van Fleet.

Problems with the pipe that supplies the restaurant left it without water, he said. He expects the restaurant to be open by Tuesday morning.
