arrowSoul food, anyone?

How does a little homemade biscuits and gravy or some ribs sound?

Myles Family Kitchen at 952 F St., a soul food restaurant, opened recently in Chinatown.

It's all in this week's Word on the Street, along with a local construction company building a mock Iraqi village and Porterville's first Carl's Jr.

Are they open on weekends? What are their hours?

Will definitely be checking it out.

Abe,
I'm not the reporter who wrote that one, so I'm not positive, but I just tried the phone number and they're not picking up (does that mean just lunch and breakfast? Not sure). If you want to try the restaurant directly later, it's (559) 441-7753. Let us know how it is!
