The budding music fan: a smart and funny 6-year-old girl who lives in the Tower District, the daughter of a friend.
The music she kept asking to listen to on the iPod on a rainy afternoon: Lady Gaga.
The question for her: Does she also like Britney Spears?
The answer: “What are those?” she asked.
Sorry, Britney. Lady G has you beat among the 6-year-old demographic.

Is that better? Honestly, I’ve never heard Lady Gaga. I’ve seen every ridiculous outfit she’s worn, though, and that’s enough for me to know I don’t need to hear what comes out of her mouth.
I think Lady Gaga is an awesome perfomer and she is of course an artist. So why are we wonderinf about her style, she is crazy, but that belongs to her. I am a huge fan!!!

Your missing out Heather. She’s one of the few pop stars who actually sings live, writes her own music, etc. She’s influenced by Bowie, Queen, Depeche Mode… She’s a far cry from Britney… she actually has a brain.

Underneath those costumes, that gal can sing! Don’t blame her for trying to get noticed, she knows what it takes, and did it. Good for her!!
