Latin rock heavy-hitters Molotov are in Fresno tonight for a gig at Rainbow Ballroom. The Grammy-winning band mixes funky basslines with witty lyrics for an in-your-face sound that has been compared to American bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers and Rage Against the Machine.
Not really sure what the advance ticketing situation is like, this show kinda just crept up on me. I’d recommend calling the number on the flier for ticket info. You should also be able to get tickets at the door.
ELSEWHERE: The Madera Fair begins its four-day run tonight out in Mad Town. Starting things off concert-wise is classic rock group Grand Funk Railroad. Reserved seats cost $10 and general admission seats are free with paid fair admission. More info on tonight’s concert and the rest of the fair’s concert series — which features One Republic and Billy Currington — over here.
