Top notch indie rock show at Fulton 55 tonight, featuring two on-the-rise SoCal bands and one quality local act.

The name Fresno probably recognizes most is The Silent Comedy, a folky San Diego group that’s played here a number of times and is pretty chummy with Fierce Creatures.

Also on the bill is Saint Motel, a melodic and catchy L.A. group that’s gotten buzzed up by the New York Times and KCRW.

Rounding things out is Achievement House, a cool local indie rock outfit that’s certainly worth your attention.
