Head over to Elbow Room, where you can catch a night of acoustic pop/soul with Brett Young, Justin Hopkins, Erik DiNardo and Randy Coleman, all of whom are out-of-towners. It starts at 6 p.m., and from the looks of things, is free.

IN THE WEEK AHEAD

• Local groups 40 Watt Hype and Blake Jones & The Trike Shop have CD release parties.
• Camera Obscura, Murs, Zoe and Gappy Ranks all make tour stops.
• There’s a blues festival in Visalia, and a metal festival in Dinuba.
• And don’t forget about Fresno Tweetup Goes Wild on Saturday, put on by us and Chaffee Zoo.
