An example of fandom going too far

ring.jpgI’m a “Twilight” fan. But I’m thinking the craze has really gone over the top. I ran across this blog post today: “10 ideas of a Twilight themed wedding.”

I expected the CDs, dolls and T-shirts. I can see why there’s been a boom to tourism in Fork and La Push, though that’s not my idea of vacation. But I’ve never really understood the other paraphernalia, like Bella’s replica engagement ring or his and hers rings.

It’s all a bit much, don’t you think?

to answer your question: YES

Twilight is some kind of irresistible girl porn. even the ones who know better can’t help it once exposed.

True Blood is just so much better, and the books were better, too. They’re also intended for adult audiences which makes them
more enjoyable, Twilight is fiction– and the kiddos seem to forget.

If you want to be entertained, google “twilight tattoos” and look through the image results. It’s wild. But a Twilight themed wedding wins for creepiest result of the Twilight Series yet, right down to the ring. Yikes.
