In its 24 years, Fresno’s annual Civil War Revisited has become one of the largest civil war reenactments in the nation. This year’s event commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg and will feature a twilight battle with lots of cannon fire. We have tickets to the two-day event, which starts 10 a.m. Saturday at Kearney Park.
To enter, just leave a comment on this post and tell us why you interested in the Civil War. The deadline for entry is 5 p.m. tomorrow. Winners will be chosen by random and notified tomorrow evening. One comment per person, please. I’ll be informing winners via email, so check yours.
Also: Keep in mind these are physical tickets, so if you are a winner, you’ll need to pick up the tickets at The Fresno Bee office (1626 E. St.) between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
