Sorry, I won’t be talking to Jon Bon Jovi himself. (I think he’ll be busy having his hair done.) But I get a chance to talk with keyboardist David Bryan. The thing I find interesting about Bryan is that not only is he an integral part of one of the world’s most successful rock bands but that he has a vital career on the side — with a Tony Award to prove it, for the musical “Memphis.” (He also co-wrote one of my cult-favorites, “Toxic Avenger: The Musical.”)
I’m scheduled to speak with Bryan in a couple of hours, at 1:10 pm, and I only get 15 minutes with him. So my question for Bon Jovi fans is this: What one or two questions are most important to ask? And should I push him on the Richie Sambora issue?
