arrow YouTube Battle: Young Michael Phelps vs. The Unusual Suspect

It's time for another Mike Oz vs. Heather YouTube Battle. We both think we have a make-your-day YouTube, so we're turning it over to you, The Beehive commenters, to decide which video is more amusing.

Mike Oz: Is there anything better than a high 7-year-old? Look at young David trying to rationalize what's going on with him after a trip to the dentist, asking questions like "Is this real life?" Somebody get the kid some Doritos.

Heather: Well, if I could, I'd post the video of the porn clip that appeared on Comcast customers' TVs in Tucson during the Super Bowl. It's pure comedy.

Alas, the following video is brief, and there isn't a lot of action, but it features a news anchor's nightmare -- the wrong photo for the wrong story. In this case, the story is the tragic tale of a kidnapped teen. The photo of the suspect? Probably not all that accurate.

so, my first thought was hmac's video was short, to the point, and a quick joke. oz's started and i was like, 2 minutes, i don't have time for two minutes (yes i do).

but i was wrong. oz wins on this one. that kid was great. so many lines. i probably could have watched this for at least another 30 seconds.

Oh, Brodiemash. That's the last time I buy you a Coke. I mean, if I can't buy people's loyalty, what chance do I have?

Plus, I deserve extra credit for linking to the Super Bowl porn clip. Does Mike Oz give Beehive readers porn? No, he does not.

Dentist for sure.

Calm down yo -- you won the last two times we did this.

You said "porn clips," and my mind read "corn chips."

mmmmm.... corn chips...

@Mike Oz: Is that what they told Michael Phelps? "Take a hit, bro -- you've already got two medals?"

@girlmonkey: Word up to corn chips.

I think that kid and Rodney the accused hamster should star in a stoner flick. They can be the next cheech and chong.

has anyone called shenanigans on this guy who got video of the porn-super bowl deal? what is he doing recording the whole super bowl with a video camera? is that how that guy is gonna rewatch it?

is there a better version out there? surely some comcast customer has a dvr and recorded the game.

point is: guy who exposed it (not the guy on the video) may have been involved. why else would he have caught the moment at the right time?

Posted by: will at February 3, 2009 4:01 PM

@Will: I must be missing something. Didn't the guy just DVR the game, rewind the porn part, then replay the clip and record with his video camera?

the kid was too funny

will,
i'm with hmac, i figure dude had it dvr'd, saw the craziness, and thought, "how can i share this with the world?"

i also thought it had been confirmed by the media of the area.

Kiddo wins it for me, but very glad to know that Rodney Stanger is in prison.
Do you know what they do to gerbils in prison?

HMac, you've never bought me anything, and yet my loyalty always lies with you and your good looks.

But MikeOz wins this one hands double down. Kid's not even being dramatic, he's legit high. I love it, and MikeOz steals a win. Hey, in the NFL it's tough to beat the same team three times, H.

"I feel funny, is this going to happen forever".... How the freak did this kids dad not crack up laughing at his son, while the camera was rolling!

"I'm not tired, you have four eyes"!

Classic, just classic, reminds me of former Fresno State basketball player Damon Forney (just high on life).

I can't choose between the two. Both clips were on The Soup today. I'll tell ya...I sure would've liked to have seen what was going on in the news control room when the hamster popped up on the screen. Someone's head is gonna roll...that's for sure. Would suck to be in that person's shoes. The kid was really funny...and even though he's all doped up, still more articulate than the telephone guy who hates Mike Oz.
