When it comes to Did They Just Say Fresno, Jay Leno is our most common invoker. Last night, he of the big chin uttered our favorite F word when talking about the Kern County sheriff's office and its "We'll kick your ass" slogan. (Thanks to Marty on the head's up)

I dunno, actually. I couldn't find a clip and I didn't see it. I'm guessing he said it was near Fresno or something like that, though.

Their slogan isn't even slightly surprising...
However, what is surprising is that Fresno's police cars don't say
"We'll shoot ya, armed or not"

@andy and mike: i heard it. he said kern county at first, then he said "this is from fresno" so i think it was when the bee reported on it in december.
but he didnt say the fresno bee. just "fresno" ... so im guessing most people listening (who cared) would assume fresno is in kern county.

You guys seem to be doing a fine job at tabulating the latest Fresno TV mentions, but is there a list somewhere of movie's that mention or incorporate Fresno? Off the dome I can think of Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Con Air, Guncrazy, and Twelve Monkeys. I'm sure there's more, somebody help.
