Black Light Poetry III: Fresher than the first two
Black Light Poetry is back for installment No. 3 on Friday night and, in my opinion anyway, this latest event looks to be the freshest of the bunch.
I'll give you three reasons why I'm psyched for this: (1) It's at The Loft in the old Security Bank Building, which is supposed to be super nice. (2) The Javon Davis Trio is performing and they're fresh. (3) Our man John West has been added as a performer. You remember him, right?
For the record, Beehive commenter Mr. Incognito is one of the people behind this event. You might recall his performance at The Beehive B-Day Party.

There are so many things going on this weekend. I love that Fresno is a hub of creativity!

Ahhhh, I see it brudda, I see it... A guy is disconnected from the internet for a day and this is the goodness he finds upon his return!
I'll be there and I think you're right, it has the chance to be fresher than fresh. You're more connected than you're given credit for and let me tell you, your street "Cred" is larger than that of most gangstas here in the Valley!
