I'm thinking....the world might be a more interesting...and maybe better(?) place if
celebrities were required by law to dress like this.
When they were busy shooting TV shows or whatever
it is they do, they'd be temporarily exempt. [If your only qualification for celebrityness is 'shopping' you'd still have to have the clown garb on.....there's have to be a rule book].
I can see the Republicans and Democrats battling it out...
