arrow Stop teasing, "Arrested Development" movie, and put out already

The last time we checked in with the continuing saga of the "Arrested Development" movie, George Michael Bluth Michael Cera was crushing our collective dreams of seeing Hot Cops, chicken dances and the Big Yellow Joint on the big screen.

This week, Jeffrey Tambor brings those dreams back into reality with a resounding "It's on!" According to Tambor, he spoke recently to AD creator Mitch Hurwitz, who says that the movie is a go.

Still no start time for the filming, but Tambor says that "when the writer/director calls you, it's a pretty good sign," and that AD fans should keep their hopes up.

I remain, as ever, cautiously optimistic, as does the goat I'm about to slaughter in supplication to the movie production gods.

I think we need to step up the sacrificial offering...we must sacrifice a virgin to appease the gods...given the high teen pregnancy rate in the Valley, it will probably have to be a very young virgin...

For the futurists: "Cloned!"

Anyway, is it too much to hope for that Judy Greer will be back as Kitty? I do likes me some Judy Greer (I think it's the whole hot/nerdy chick juxtaposition).

"Say goodbye to these, Michael!"
