We at the Beehive get spammed a lot in the comments section – a lot.

It's the usual stuff: growth enhancers, online casinos, mostly porn sites, etc., but every once in a while we get something amazing that must be shared. Two months ago it was Brad Paisley spam. Last night it was The Foundations spam.

Who are The Foundations? Why, they're the magic makers of one of the most infectious songs ever: "Build Me Up Buttercup" (brought back to public consciousness by "There's Something About Mary" in 1998, you remember). The spam we received promised the lyrics to this treasure. My first reaction upon seeing it was "Wha-?" but my second was a resounding "Hells yes!" Then I remembered that 1.) This beautiful promise of pure musical sunshine probably had a hefty [underaged/dwarf/armpit sex] price tag attached to it and 2.) I know how to use the Internet and am able to look up the lyrics to the song myself, which I did.
