Britney Spears' kids are okay
**MORNING UPDATE** Per People, as Britney was supposed to hand over the kids to Federline, she locked herself in a room with younger son, Jayden. The court-appointed monitor who stays with Britney during her visit with the kids already had placed Sean in the car.
US Weekly has a timeline of last night events, as well as a group of truly scary photos of Britney in the ambulance, smiling at photographers and looking pretty much out of her mind.
Apparently Britney is in a 72-hour mental lockdown, and has been designated a "special needs" patient, meaning she may have tried to overdose or commit suicide. Her kids were brought to the hospital to be checked out, and Kevin Federline and Britney's father are both there, too.
Lastly, Kevin's lawyers are apparently on their way to the courtroom to presumably make sure little Miss Spears never gets her hands on those boys again. TMZ is actually live streaming the lawyers' arrivals. Nope. I'm not kidding.
**UPDATE** Britney was wheeled out of her house on a gurney and has been taken to a hospital under "medical hold" for mental evaluation.
Original post: According to TMZ, Sean Preston and Jayden James were returned to Kevin Federline's custody around 11 p.m.
When police arrived at the house, they found Britney under the influence of an unknown substance, and that's why the "several" ambulances were called. Apparently celebrities get preferential treatment in all areas of their lives, even their impending deaths.
Now that the kids are okay, I'm going to bed, relieved. Britney Spears, on the other hand, can pretty much go to rehab, jail or hell, whichever place will take her at this point.

I'll keep this short this time. Lock her up and throw away the key. it's obvious that she's incapable of taking care of her children. it's been obvious the day she stepped out of her marriage and wanted to relish in the party life, instead of accepting her role as a single mother trying to raise her kids right.
and to the judge that has been mediating over this situation, he/she should be fired!! he's lucky that this nutcase didn't use the old drown the kids in the tub trick. how many chances are going to give a nutcase? just because she's famous and has money, you are going to allow her to just skip out and blatantly ignore your orders? this money talks BS is starting to get on my last nerve. if this nutcase was your regular round the way girl, those kids would have been stripped from her along time ago.

2008 is already great.
Lindsay is drinking. Britney is having a breakdown. I'm sure across the pond Ms. Winehouse is doing something stupid.
So, at this point, has Brit passed Amy in the death pool?
