You know who Hayden Panetierre is, right? The 17-year old actress who plays the cheerleader on "Heroes"?
Well here she is, looking all freshly scrubbed and squeaky clean, kissing her 21-year old boyfriend at a restaurant in L.A.
17-year old. 21-year old.
Why the hell aren't you jumping out of a bush right now, Chris Hansen? This isn't happening in a rec room in Wisconsin. This is on a sunny street in L.A. You don't even have to catch this predator - just follow TMZ around for half a day.

I'm an advocate for a new law (and no, I'm not being snarky right now): The 2-3-5 law.
If you're 15, 2 years is cool, up to 17. (the current law)
If you're 16, 3 years is cool, up to 19. (In case your junior prom date is now at Fresno City)
If you're 17, 5 years is fine, up to 22. (Cuz there are 17 year old college students dating frat jerks)
Seriously. It's not quite fair that in Nevada, just a few hundred miles away, a 16 year old can date anybody. Stop punishing high school kids for being in love with their peers.
Of course, this is coming from the guy who thinks the 20 year old actress who plays the 13 year-old on dateline predator is HOT. ;-)

Actually thats Milo Ventimiglia and hes 31.
He is 12 years older than Hayden.
