Help Planet Asia get on MTV
Fresno-bred emcee Planet Asia is in the running to get his new (and very Fresno-oriented) video "Havin' Thangs" in rotation on MTVU. And you can help him. Below are details on the online voting process, which ends on Friday, and a YouTube version of the video. He's currently in second place behind UK band The Automatic.
If "Havin' Thangs" gets enough votes and takes out the other 4 videos then it goes into rotation on MTVU. You can vote online or by text and as often as you like. Simply bookmark the following link so you will be reminded to go back often. http://www.mtvu.com/music/freshmenYou can also throw your vote in by texting FRESHMEN (it must be capitalized for it to work) to 22422. You will receive a text back that gives you 5 number options to vote look for Planet Asia and reply with his number.
