There's wrong, and then there's...more wrong
Yesterday was April Fool's Day. It was also the day the following video of Alanis Morrisette's take on The Black Eyed Peas' "My Humps" made its way to the Internet.
So you tell me: who is the bigger fool? Fergie for singing this ridiculous song in the first place? Or Alanis, who, although joking, now has the dubious distinction of being less sexy than Fergie? Less sexy than Fergie is hard to pull off - she once peed her pants onstage during a performance, for goodness sake.

This is clearly the best cover of any song in the history of cover songs. Now all Alanis needs to do is start covering polka ballads and my life would be complete.

Yo H to the Mac, can we come with an official Beehive declaration on where we stand on Alanis?
While I support any and all Fergie bashing, are we granting Alanis immunity for her previous trangressions with Fresno-hater Ryan Reynolds? Does this make up for that?
We need to have a meeting to discuss.

I am Alanis-conflicted. On the one hand, I liked that You Oughtta Know song. On the other hand, I can't respect someone who bl*ws Uncle Joey from "Full House" in a theater.
Ryan Reynolds was way too hot for Alanis, so I hated her for that. But then he turned out to be a Fresno-hating douche, so I was on Alanis' side after the breakup.
And anyone who makes fun of Fergie is A-OK, but not if they look that bad in hot pants and bangs doing it.
Conflicted, Mike Oz. That's the official Beehive standpoint.
