Show Me That Smile Again ...
Are you smiling? 'Cuz I am! Those wonderful people at Nick@Nite have added "Growing Pains" to their roster of sitcoms from TV's yesteryear, billing it as the "most sitcomy sitcom ever."
And while that's cool -- it doesn't necessarily warrant the five minutes it's taking me to make this blog post and the 30 seconds it'll take you to skim it.
What does render this blog totally worthwhile is the fact that Nick@Nite is starting things off with MULTIPLE "Growing Pains" marathons -- every night until Sunday. We're talking 16-18 episodes per night, going 'til 5 a.m. That kinda thing.
I'm no math genius, but that's something like 150 episodes. Oh, don't pretend like you have something better to do. And before you try to argue with me ...
" ... don't waste another minute on your crying ..."

Comments:
I know you'll be watching every second, so call me when the really good guest star eps on: the ones with Brad Pitt, Matthew Perry, and - of course - the Leo DiCap season.

Totally unrelated, but have you checked out Ego Trip's (White) Rapper Show?? Just curious to see what you think of it. I have caught a few episodes, and it's interesting to say the least.

This show is awesome. The best episode is when the Seavers decide to let the homeless chick stay at their home n Christmas Eve and then she steals all their presents. HAHAHA.
Or the one where Mike wants to go see Springstein so his dad surprises him and then embarsses him at the concert?
Or that one and the one where Ben flushes some lizard down the toilet. The one where Ben becomes obsessed with Pinball and sets off in the night looking for the machine that pays out real money.
Speaking of Ben ... anyone notice the new Burger King commercials? The guy was a childhood stsar, disappears for 12 years and then appears for about 5 seconds on a Burger King spot hawking burgers. Ha.
Your's truly,
the King of the Burbs.

How about the one where Mike Seaver is in love with the slutty chick who dresses like Madonna?
Or the one where Ben idolizes Brad Pitt!
Or the very special episode where Matthew Perry dies from drinking 2 beers and - wait for it! - driving!
Or any episode featuring Boner!
