Uh, who cares? Who is this guy again? Why does he deserve the job? Does anyone attend women's basketball games? Does anyone attend men's basketball games? Sigh.

Its unfortunate that not many people care about Women's basketball in Fresno. These young women are very good athletes. Wiggins is doing a fantastic job coaching them. Would be nice if Fresno could put together a marketing campaign for them to sell more tickets. Its one of the best values in sports entertainment here in Fresno.

Who cares? Maybe not enough people, but these girls are very, very good. I have to admit it has taken me a while to warm up to the ladies, but now when I see our point guard Amanda fly up the court I am thinking WOW she could fly by most men, and the no-look passes are on target. The quality of play is excellent and getting more athletic each year. So should Adrian W. get the promotion, so long as he has good recruits that will up play up and make the team even more competitive I say you betcha.

Coach Wiggins needs to be offered a contract as soon as possible, if for no other reason than the current situation will affect recruiting. What high school star wants to commit to someone who may not even be around in two months? I believe he has proven that he can make kids better, help them dream big dreams, and put an exciting brand of basketball on the court. This is the most competitive team at Fresno State right now. Sign him before the WAC tournament!

The women's team seems to be in a good place. A short term contract to see if Wiggins can deliver the goods, which of course in college sports is much more than wins vs. losses, should be in order. He does need to show he is not an opportunistic chump, which many still believe. Give him a two-year contract, and see if he develops the total program.

Coach Adrian Wiggins has done a TREMENDOUS job since stepping in as head coach. As a Fresno State alumnus in the San Francisco Bay Area I got to see the Bulldog women play at USF, beating the Dons handily. The team was spirited and seemed to get along well with each other and the coaches. They played great defense and showed alot of energy running up and down the court. Coach Wiggins showed great coaching abilities as USF got close down the stretch but the 'Dogs put them away. I'm very happy Coach Wiggins and his staff are the Fresno State coaches at my beloved alma mater. He's led the team to a great season with a benchmark win over perennial power Louisina Tech and a first place tie in the WAC. We're having a tremendous season and an NCAA Tournament bid is within reach. Adrian Wiggins and his staff should be hired as PERMANENT COACHES because of what he's done this season. Because of him Fresno State is going to be a powerhouse team to be reckoned with. ADRIAN WIGGINS FOR PERMANENT COACH - from a true Bulldog alumnus!!

Considering the team was coming apart under Cline, and the difficult position Wiggins and the assitants were put in, what they have accomplished this year is admirable. He would be getting headlines and
coach of the year nominations at most schools. The team responded immediately after Cline's dismissal with and winning streak and they've kept that up this year. I think He's earned the job.

My daughter went to 2 camps under the Cline regime with Wiggins as an assistant. I must say Cline hired a good staff. My daughter loved basketball but was not a prospect, but Adrian Wiggins came up to me, introduced himself and treated me with respect. That spoke volumes to me about his character. As my father would say, "He's just a nice guy". That's one reason I think the team plays for him.

Adrian Wiggins has demonstrated he has the skills to lead the women's basketball team. After a nice clean up job following Stacy, he has brought the team together and has them competing for a WAC title. Hey, give him the job or move on. At least this team overcomes adversity, maybe better than the football team.

Hire the man!

Sign him up!

He has proven to beat the #23 in the nation and has led WBB into a tie with La-Tech in the WAC.

I've known Adrian Wiggins since he was a grade school athlete and he is nothing but class. Fresno is fortunate to have such a good man coaching the women's team and it's a shame he's not getting the recognition in the polls. For recruiting, etc., Fresno better act fast and give him a contract and cut the "interim" label. He's already high on the list of coaching prospects in his home in the Midwest and if Fresno doesn't act soon, he'll be gone in a flash. Great job Adrian, keep up the good work.

I had the opportunity to watch the Lady Bulldogs beat up on San Jose this weekend. It is always a pleasure to see that happen. You silenced the crowd up as the game went on. Except for us of course,Your FANS! Thankyou coaches and Ladies for a great game.

I follow Bulldog sports and though I live in the Bay Area I try to catch a game when ever I can. I wanted to thank Coach Wiggans for the Fantastic job he and his staff are doing. How could anyone say anything but Thanks and Please sign here Coach? ------ -------!
Not only is he a great coach he is a nice person. He and his staff show maturity and class beyond the win. He will go far and be sought after where ever he goes. I hope for our sake, he stays with us, along with his staff.

Now he, his staff and the players have done thier part. It is time we give back and say "what can we do for you" When we see the coaches and players do we extend our hand? Have we made the coaching staff, thier families and the players, feel welcome and comfortable here? Many are away from thier homes and family. Do we attend the games, yell our heads off and support the Lady Bulldogs? Have you ever tried staying after the game and just saying thanks and showing your support?

Fresno needs to make this happen. It Is time to get rid of the "interim title" Come on now!

Thank you Coach Wiggans for being here, at Fresno State. Thank you Drew, Calamity, Brett and staff. Thanks to All the players for working hard and supporting each other.

It is my hope that the "i's" and "t's" are crossed real soon.
