Concert News: Cold War Kids back in Visalia

We’ve got our first big indie rock show announcement of 2013. Cold War Kids are coming back to Visalia’s Cellar Door on Feb. 22.

The band was last there in 2010, and has been playing in Fresno since before it blew up and started playing Coachella and stuff. John Esquivel (whose Religious Appeal is co-promoting this one) recalls those days. As per usual, Sound N Vision Foundation is also behind this.

Tickets cost $15 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. You can get them online at Ticketweb, in Visalia at Velouria Records and The Cellar Door. Fresnans aren’t left on this one, either. You can get tickets at Cafe Corazon and SBI.

Check out my Concert Watch column from The Bee for more concert news, including some new bookings at Frank’s Place and Gordon Lightfoot in Hanford.
