Win tickets to Irving Berlin’s ‘Holiday Inn’ at the Tower Theatre

Fresno Filmworks is debuting a new series of classic film screenings at the Tower Theatre Sunday and we’re giving away a pair of tickets to the first film selection, Holiday Inn.

From Filmworks: The 1942 American musical stars Bing Crosby and Fred Astaire. At an inn that’s only open on holidays, a crooner and a hoofer vie for the affections of a beautiful up-and-coming performer. The film’s music was composed by Irving Berlin, one of the greatest songwriters in American history, and it launched the iconic worldwide hit “White Christmas,” which won an Academy Award for best original song.

If you attended Filmworks’ screening of Psycho in April, you know how cool it is to see classic films in the iconic Tower Theatre.

Tickets to Sunday’s 3 p.m. screening cost $5, but you can enter to win a pair by leaving a comment on this post naming another classic film you’d love to see at the Tower Theatre.

Winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by e-mail, so please leave a real e-mail address and check your e-mail. Deadline to enter is Friday, December 9, at 11 a.m. One entry per person. You’re ineligible if you’ve won something from us in the past 30 days. Complete rules after the jump.
