The wait is almost over.
ABC executives just announced the sixth and final season of "Lost" will begin Feb. 2. A recap special will kick off the night at 8 p.m. followed by the two-hour premiere starting at 9 p.m.
The series will air in its regular time period -- 9 p.m. Tuesdays -- beginning Feb. 9.
"Lost" has boggled viewers and spawned discussions since it premiered Sept. 22, 2004.
February? WTF? I thought they were going to start in January. Boo!
Yay to Tuesdays, though. My DVR is too full up on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I wonder if this pushes the finale episodes into June? They were originally going to wrap things up the end of May. 18 hours and two 2-hour eppys (premiere and finales). At least we know we're likely to get all of the episodes without any repeats.
