The show to be at tonight is the long-awaited CD release party for Fresno rock band Fay Wrays, which is happening at Audie's Olympic. The group released "Mata Hari" on Tuesday via JAXart Records. It's a digital release, but you can pick up a hard copy of the album at the show.
We offered you a free MP3 from the album earlier this week. You can hear the band on The Fresnan's most recent podcast too. Also of note: Wheels of Fortune, one of the opening bands tonight, just put its new album online for free streaming.
I've been told many times I suck and know nothing about music BUT I I'm not alone with the opinion that these are three of Fresno's best bands. And they are playing tonight, on one bill, for five little bucks. And the fact you can pick up the Fay Wray's new CD and it's a no brainer - get out to Audie's tonight!
