"White Collar," 10 p.m. USA Network: It's staggering to believe that NBC and the USA Network are owned by the same company. NBC was barely able to find one good drama this season in "Mercy." The executives at USA just keep adding good shows like this one. Tonight's episode revolves around New York's Fashion Week. The odd crime-solving team of Peter (Tim DeKay) and Neal (Matt Bomer) go into action when advanced technology full of security data is sewn into the fabric of a runway dress. This is a smart and fun series that proves there are good things to watch on TV, just not that many over at NBC.
