Entertainment this weekend

Movies
"Where the Wild things Are
WILD.JPG: This big-screen version of the classic children's picture book should not be missed on the big screen. Director Spike Jonze has taken Maurice Sendak's diamond and put it in a cinematic setting that not only underscores the story's simplicity but also presents it in a way that's dazzling and magical. "Where the Wild Things Are" is a treat for all ages.

DVD
"Nothing Like the Holidays":
This is a touch-your-heart warm, make-you-ache funny and cause-you-to-think smart movie about a family's annual reunion for Christmas. While this happens to be a Hispanic family, the themes of this sweet comedy will connect with anyone who has spent even a second with family at a holiday.

Television
NFL RedZone
10 p.m.: Warning! If you watch this condensed version of the NFL games you may never watch football any other way. The cable channel offers constant updates of all of the games being played by switching for all the big plays. And there are no commercial interruptions. This channel is a blessing for anyone who is not a San Francisco 49ers or Oakland Raiders fan since those games are the ones shown locally by the Fox and CBS affiliates. This is the best creation for watching professional football since the invention of the remote control.

Hey Rick! Don't forget LIVE entertainment this weekend!

"All in the Timing" opens at the Severance Building in the Tower District.

Friday and Saturday at 8pm, Sunday at 2pm.

Google search All in the Timing Fresno and you'll find more details :)

Can't agree more. Very addicting and great if you play fantasy football. I have a feeling we will be paying more for this channel next year.
