I've been known to be something of a hater. In fact, if you asked certain people, they might tell you that I have a list of people I hate. This may or may not be true.
What is true is that I'm far too nice of a person to truly hate anyone that I know in real life -- or even follow on Twitter. Most of my hate is reserved for famous people who don't even know I exist and offer very little chance of actual conflict.
Today my hate is raging for a certain Wrangler-wearing, Sears-shopping dude:
I hated Brett Favre before he broke the heart of the 49er Nation yesterday. I hate his inability to commit to retirement. I hate the way ESPN never stops talking him. I hate how he acts all aww-shucks-ish and people forgive him for being a d-bag.
Since we've covered how much I hate this dude, my runner up today is celebrity chef Bobby Flay, who I hate for absolutely no reason at all. It's basically the opposite of love at first sight. I hated the guy from the first time I saw him. And when I watch "Throwdown" or "Iron Chef" I root against him.

I decided a while back that too much (of my) energy went into hating... but I do despise any form of a "no-can-do" attitude or mindset I come across.

I hate the local tv stations that pigeon hole us here into watching mediocre teams like the Raiders on tv because they think just because we live nearby we like California teams.
TV stations should show games that are the most attractive and will get them the best ratings regardless who the teams are.
Dear TV stations please stop showing sorry teams like the Raiders on tv. What were your Raiders for yesterday's Raiders vs Broncos game? That was the most hilarious thing I ever saw! lol! Raiders should play in the TRAC not the NFL. hehe lol!

I hate Rachel Ray. I can't stand her. She moans over how good her food is before she has even started chewing her bite. She is over the top and the tone of her voice makes me cringe.
For me, it is more things I hate: Like I hate that I have to mail my receipt to the health insurance company to get reimbursed for a flu shot instead of the bill going directly to them. And I hate that, no matter how hard I try to be careful, my DVR jumps to the beginning or end of what I am watching when I hit the fast-forward or rewind button.
i hate all "real" housewives of ridiculous tv. they take up too much air time and the last thing they (or the television network) needs is any kind of validation or approval for their superficial, ego-centric, wasteful, meaningless lifestyles.
i also hate spencer and heidi pratt... for the same reasons. They consume too much.
but mostly, i really hate haters.
I don't really hate people as much as I think that they have punchable faces. Ex) Eli Manning. Whenever I see him on t.v. I want to punch him in the face.
I used to get a sick sense of enjoyment reading about the exploits of lower-tier celebrities like Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, and Britney Spears, but now I can't even look at gossip sites anymore, as they are over-run with even lower lower-tier people like the Kardashians, the Pratts, those ridiculous Housewives.
So I guess I hate anyone who clicks on stories about these nobodies, making my beloved gossip sites think that's what the people want to read about.

Oh, Kathy, that DVR thing drives me NUTS. Therefore I hate whoever made the DVR do that.
I hate certain politicians, certain hypocrites, and certain police chiefs with their revenue enhancement through excessive traffic enforcement policies.
I hate Tom Petty and his music (no reason). I hate Speidi. I hate Kendra. I hate Rush. I hate Bill Laimbeer (some hate never dies). I hate the protestors who have no sense (those same folks Barney Frank would never enter into a discussion). I really hate gang members.
I hate the FCC. I hate anyone who tries to ban books (it's read a banned book week). I hate social injustice and those who perpetrate it.
But I. Like. TWINS.
Right now I am strongly against SaveMart! They decide to bail out on the SouthEast location. They suck!

"Hate" is such a strong word I try not to use it.

I know that...for some reason...he is beloved by millions of people, but Michael Jackson creeps me out. I have no idea why people adored him in his later, weird years. Just looking at photographs of him creeps me out, much less looking at video with him in it.
I was watching tv last night and a Y101 commercial came on. Rambo doesn't look like Rambo anymore!! She looks like a Polly Pocket - blonde hair, big head and a small body.

Life is too short to carry around hate. I just really really really dislike some people who feel they are entitled to certain things they either don't deserve or appreciate.
I am not going to use the word hate. It's too strong for people I don't even personally know. But I do strongly dislike the wig-wearing white girl Kim Zol-whatever on the Desperate housewives of Atlanta. I can't really stand any of them, but she takes the cake with her 10 years as a mistress, as well as pretty much everthing else she has done. Such a waste of valuable TV time.
I also can't stand whoever is in charge of the Venture Brothers not having a new season out. I am tired of waiting.

Paula Deen. I like Southern people and I truly believe the only good food comes from a big fat person, but come on - this lady's gotta be some kinda parody, right?
I hate Micheal Vick. He is the one guy I would love to kick in the b@lls. He does a crime against poor innocent creatures. Get a little bit of jail time and when he is released he acts like her has found forgiveness. Now he’s back playing football and pretty soon he will be making big bucks again.
