For everyone tuning in to see how local boy Jason Glover does on "So You Think You Can Dance," you might want to check out Entertainment Weekly's Prediction Challenge game where readers guess who will get sent home each week.

Right now, I don't see any votes for Jason. If you missed last week's round, check out Donald's recap. It looks like Jason could stick around awhile.

SoCal reggae/rock band Inhale returns to Fresno tonight, where it's made a habit of stopping at Crossroads. Tonight it plays the dreaded Monday night slot. Here's hoping the band has built up enough of a Fresno following to get people out there. 9 p.m. $5.

At least his wax likeness is. Wax figures of Obama, Jennifer Lopez, Lucille Ball and Bruce Willis (as John McClane) will be on display Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 p.m in the Bankers Ballroom (aka the old Security Bank Building) .

All four (valued at $300K each) are from the Madame Tussauds collection. The famed wax collectors are taking their celebs on tour around California to promote their Hollywood location, which is scheduled to open Aug. 1.

The event is free. The public can come in, look at the figures and take pictures. It's happening in conjunction with Market on the Mall, which happens Wednesday and Fridays from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

After what seems like forever between movies, we're just one month away to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (July 15). I can't wait, so I watched the trailers again. There's also this featurette, in case you want more than just movie clips. Let the countdown begin.

UPDATE: Wanna see what happened to the popsicle? Answer after the jump.

Original post: This one is for Mike Oz, who loves Kate Gosselin more than anyone I know.

What is Kate, who is celebrating 10 blissful years with Jon today (the 10th anniversary is the shotgun in the mouth anniversary, I believe), saying?

I had a bunch of fun "Fresno Firsts" this weekend. It wasn't all firsts, as you'll see below, but there were some good ones.

Read up, then share your weekend adventures in the comments.

SUNDAY

  • Went to Maxx Putt, the glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course, for the first time. I was probably more excited about this than the 3-year-old whose birthday party I was attending. I thought that place was awesome and if I was 8 I would think it was 10x more awesome. In addition to mini golf, they also got this thing called Balladium, that's kinda like Assault on "American Gladiators." I smell a new event for Blogger Olympics.
  • I bought my first tree. Special slogan shout out to Belmont Nursery, whose sign said "Bot any plants lately?" I heartily chuckled at that.

UPDATE #2: Time's up! Answer after the jump.

UPDATE: Nobody's come close, so a couple more hints are in order. He is on "Heroes." He is in the new "Star Trek" movie. His name rhymes with "Tackary Pinto."

Original post: You may recall that a few weeks ago, in a previous G the C! post, the featured celeb was Mr. Hugh Jackman picking up dog poop on a sidewalk. Today's post features another celeb in the act of cleaning up after his dog. Why? Because I like using the word "poop" in a post?

Yes. But also because I am more than a little disgusted by people who do not clean up after their dogs. It's simple: if you're a dog owner, you're responsible for whatever that dog does. Pick up its poop, or you're a worthless, inconsiderate excuse for a human being. How difficult can it be if pampered, entitled celebrities do it, right?

Now onto the celeb in question. This one is a little tougher, so a hint is in order: He's a television actor breaking onto the movie scene.

I challenge you, without looking on the Internets, to figure out who this celebrity is. There is no prize involved here, only the satisfaction of being right, or of simply finding out the answer, which I will tell you later today.
