I read on the Bee website about how the Fresno PD arrests all of these bums, but they are like roaches, more just come out and wreak havoc. I'm thinking that the PD arrests these bums, then they are released the same day with a court date notice. they miss the court date, get arrested again, and so on. I hate gangbangers. I hope the cops find the bum that scared his son and blow his head off!!
