"Twilight" DVD hits stores in March

T-07019_T-07018R.JPGNovember must seem like a lifetime away for all of the "Twilight" fans. That's the date being kicked around as for when the sequel, "New Moon," is to hit theaters.

If it helps, "Twilight" will be released on a two-disc special edition DVD March 21.

Most new DVDs hit stores on a Tuesdays. This is a Saturday release. The hope is it will encourage midnight release parties for fans.

The DVD will carry a suggested retail price of $32.99. Bonus features include: extended and deleted scenes; three music videos; a commentary with director Catherine Hardwicke, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart; a featurette on the Comic-Con Phenomenon; and a seven-part documentary, "The Adventure Begins: The Journey from Page to Screen."

Rick, I'm kind of having a problem with this. My 17-year-old daughter thinks this movie is, well let's say "developmentally challenged." So why the raves from ya'll?????
